Who is Esra TATLI?
She completed her primary and secondary education in Ankara, the city where she was born. After graduating from Çankaya Anatolian High School, she stuidied at Hacettepe University Food Engineering Department between 2002 and 2007.
For two years, she worked as the Quality Management Representative in the tourism sector in Antalya for the establishment and maintaining of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems. Between 2009 and 2013, she worked as Quality Assurance Manager in a company manufactures medical devices. She has improved herself in areas such as ISO 13485 Medical Devices Quality Management System, risk management for medical devices, cleanroom, ethylene oxide sterilization and packaging validations and worked for establishment of the ISO 13485 system, CE certification of Class I, Class IIa and Class III devices and validation processes, in the company. In the same period, she completed her master's degree in the Department of Business Administration at Akdeniz University and completed her dissertation of "ISO 13485 QMS for Medical Devices - Differences from ISO 9001 and Case Study" in 2013. In 2014, she attended Lead Auditor training and performed ISO 13485 certification and follow-up audits of medical device manufacturers. She worked as a Quality Manager in a medical device manufacturing company in İzmir between 2017-2019. She started to M.Sc. program in Ege University Biomedical Technologies in 2016 and graduated in 2019 by completing her thesis with the subject of "Changes Introduced by the European Medical Device Regulation with Number 2017/745 and Measurement of adaptation Level of Medical Device Manufacturer Organizations in Turkey". Between January 2017 and February 2019, he worked as Quality Manager at a medical device manufacturer operating in Izmir. Esra TATLI, who founded her own consultancy firm in August 2019, served as E2E Process Content Reviewer at Philips Global Quality in Eindhoven between January 2022 and June 2023.
Esra Tatlı, who is also interested in artistic activities such as music and theater, participated in the Ankara Radio Turkish Art Music Children's Choir between the years of 1991 and 1995, and in the Part-Time Classical Guitar Department of the Hacettepe State Conservatory between 2002 and 2007, in the Municipality Conservatory of Antalya İsmail Baha Sürelsan theater courses during the period of 2012 - 2013. She is married and has a son. She lives in İzmir.
